He needs help running routes. Spring practice would be ideal, but if we have to lose him for a spring to have hm for the fall, then so be it.

He needs another year to have us watch him play. We deserve it as a fan-base. He is electric and hands down the best receiver on the roster this year. I think a big time hire could help groom him some more and help him become Heisman worthy. He seems to genuinely love UT, hence why he would wait to see who it is.

If we don't know something official by a week from today, then it won't be Gruden in my opinion. Absolutely no reason to delay at least announcing it beyond then. He could still finish MNF and let his staff recruit.

I agree all the way, we need to get started knocking on some kids doors all around and start with some 5 star talent and 4 star we cannot aford to wait and we need to steal some of the best kids out there right now.

Yea, I agree. If there is a way possible to get him back for the fall, then you do whatever it takes.

If he comes back he will immediately be in the heisman conversation.

I think he will wait and see, but I don't blame him if he wants to leave. I personally would want to play under Gruden if I had talent like that, given his pedigree. Gruden's endorsement would go a long way with many GM's in the NFL.

I honestly don't think "when" matters, as long as it's not the end of December or something. Recruits will be interested the moment the news breaks. Two months in recruiting is an eternity.
