How many coaches said no to UT last time around?

Many but they new they could get a way with hiring a budget coach and still get the sheep to the stadium. That want work anymore. The bar has been set high with Gruden. I want cry if it's not Gruden but I would if it's a Golden class coach.

I had a similar dream, but I got right to the point of someone asking him on MNF is he was leaving for TN and I woke up. . .right at the good part. So pissed! I haven't had one of those kinds of dreams since high school.

If we scare away excellent coaches by anointing Gruden before he is hired, then perhaps our only options will be the hungry "up-and-comers" who are given the opportunity because so many others said no thanks. I would support whoever is hired until they give me reason to withdraw that support, as Dooley did.

In the end, we have to place our faith in Hart and hope he makes the right decision. He and his team are the only ones who will make it. Obviously, Hamilton got it wrong. That is always a risk. UT is not be the only great team to have hired the wrong person. And I am sure we will make other poor hiring decisions in the future.

If a coach is "scared away" as you put it by fans, I'm pretty sure he's not a coach we want or need anyway.
