TB is entertaining but good grief he will say anything. He has as close to zero credibility as you can get in journalism. He flip flops day to day to keep interest up but like I said, I do enjoy his show.

Well, this pretty much sums it up

Okay, I read Basilio's blog. I think what he posts can still be reconciled with what the OGs have been saying for one simple reason: The $$$ will make the final decision and not Hart. Hart is only compiling a list of 3 candidates to be considered by the $$$ in addition to Gruden.

It could be that they need to make this job appear to be in play for a while longer before an announcement is made. I sure hope that is the reason.

If not, here is Basilio's list: Fisher, Gundy, Golden, Strong, Patterson, Mora or Stoops. The only other home run on this list is Stoops. Gruden would be a grand slam and Stoops would be a 2-run shot.

Mora will always be a risk to leave for Washington or I would call him a solo shot.

Patterson is worth a triple. The rest are underwhelming IMO.

I think you are right he seems to lean to him not coming but leaves the door open so he can take credit for breaking the news.

And I think Mora is a 2 run shot.:)

Been gone for a while..Cleaning and decorating...Just checking in..

Jon F'n Gruden is coming to a theater near you...SOON!

I call BS. It's awfully late in the game for that to be a concern.

Agree, It's just a cop out because of money. Now after all this hype and pump about Gruden we get Golden class coach. For sure Stoops is going to be way to expensive.

If this does go down like the main sources on this board says I hope these media guys are ready for the bombardment of negative calls they will get and ready to eat some crow. Get Gruden GO Vols

Don't really listen to local media but I'm a daily volnation guy so I'm anxious to see what all the naysayers say when Gruden is hired.

I'm getting worried if Gruden turns down Tennessee's offer it could be Fisher that they go after. Florida State is already talking about Tennessee and Arkansas and around 5.5 million.

Golden doesn't even make it off the bench and into the on-deck circle.
