A lot will depend on the assistant coaches brought in. Many will have relationships already built in. Also, the staff will build off of the relationships this staff built, or tried to.

I think recruiting will see a huge up lift. My biggest concern is whether CJG has had time to review film and determine which recruits fit his system and he wants here. Also, the one on one interviews with the recruit that other coaches have already had to determine if the personalities fit. JMHO.

Unless the "insiders' are playing us like a fiddle, I get the impression tha Gruden has had plenty of time to review film!

Jos3y, that is from my post. I have no idea if it is true. All I know is a friend of mine got that info from a close relative who is a political power player in Cleveland. I can't see what his relative could gain from making that up.
