He stayed at Tulsa for like 4 years and had a pretty good record. The he left for Pitt.

He was hired at Pitt in January, and he left for Arizona State in December despite being told that he did not have permission to speak to them. He informed his players at Pitt that he was leaving by sending them a mass text.
