Grats! Nicotine is a bear to quit but I feel years younger. Wish I never started it. Sleep better, LOST weight...that crap about gaining weight is just that, crap. You might pack on a few the few 30 days or so, but eventually that stops because you are not skipping breakfast or squeezing in one more snack / meal so you can get your nic fix again.
