He is but within the AD and the AD isnt running this one. Plus im sure he is being told not to say anything just like the local media. Too many reliable people tied to boosters and not the AD say its done. The boosters are the ones running this, a bammer cant be trusted to make the most important football hire in UT history.

I chit you not..my first chew was RJ Gold too. I was standing on a log pile and it made me dizzy...I fell down and broke my arm!! I had to lie to my parents cuz I didn't want them to know I had tried tobacco!! Lol no lie!!

LWS is a respected poster here. In this case, there seems to be more than one source, obviously. He's never said Gruden would not happen, he's just not very convinced based on what he's hearing.

It's not about being right or wrong, whether I agree or disagree. He's providing info as he's done many times before and I have much respect for that, especially this time.

MWR: Yep, we were rolling in Oakland back when we had Gruden. I know, according to my frat brother, that he had a lot of respect for Al Davis, as you know Al Davis was the first coach for the Raiders. I do know that Gruden also has a lot of respect for Coach Majors and loves Tennessee. When I talked to my frat brother about 6 to 7 weeks ago the last time about Gruden, he gave it up to a 75% chance he would take the UT job, however, I do know he loves Oakland also, according to the info I have been told.
