Who said I care?

I have tried to answer your honest questions the best I could, I have been kind as far as I know to you. I understand honest questions and being careful about buyng in... that makes sense...but asking the when, the where, the hoiw, the who to every question does not make you Mr Wonderful or easy to deal with.

Most of the people I get information from Do Not give me the details like that only the general information. When I become skeptical is when someone gives details to a situation they should not have details to.

Like I said in response to Boro "I have never placed anyone on Ignore" but at times your questions seem to be badgering. That is just me tho

Coasts I like you as a poster. In fact your one of my favorites. I am going to continue to ask questions and give me opinions about the little details of this process. I haven't intentionally attacked any poster personally but I have picked apart some opinions about this. I was under the impression that's what this board was intended to do. People discussing details and opinions doesn't sound like such a bad thing. A thread where all the opinions are exactly the same wouldn't be informational IMO. If you want it blindly one sided ignoring me is the Answer.

We had good defenses when Peyton was there, like you said we relied on Peyton too much and didnt run it enough. Not beating UF was the biggest problem and lets face it he typically had bad games against UF. But still I blame Fulmer and Cut with their decision making.

Watched numerous games with a few former Vols (95 - 98). One former TN player who played with both Tee and Peyton said it best "You just didnt realize how special Peyton was until you got into the Pros. We relied way too much on Peyton as a team. As a team, when we got into trouble, he was leaned on too much. He had to gamble way too much when other guys didnt step up. Wasnt fair. It wasnt til those guys saw how close we were the year before, and then stepped up with Tee that we finally brought it home."
That was with four of five well known Vols - most of whom played in the Pros - from that time, drinking beer, watching a few games.

There were accusations of him taking money that came up after he left.
There was nothing to it but it tarnished his image.

A bammer was behind that. The guy who worked at the newspaper in mobile who's son and Tee had been friends since childhood. He had been at the paper forever then quit shortly after. Wonder how much the Bams paid him to try and get us on probation.

I hate Bama.

My reason is this:

Peyton
Att Comp % Yards INT TD's
1994 144 89 61.8 1141 6 11
1995 380 244 64.2 2954 4 22
1996 380 243 63.9 3287 12 20
1997 477 287 60.4 3819 11 37
Total 1354 851 62.9 11201 33 90*

Tee
1997 12 6 50.0 87 1 1
1998 267 153 57.3 2164 6 19
1999 305 165 54.1 2317 9 12
Total 584 324 55.5 4568 16 32

Add 600 yds running and 16 rushing tds to Tee's career; but give Peyton 12 rushing tds as well.

Not really a fair comparison Peyton was relied on too much with his arm and with Tee we were more balanced. Not to mention Tee's numbers sucked his SR year with Cut being gone.

I wonder who the 3 people we sent on visit or visits to Gruden. Bama sent Stallings Stabler and Namath to Saban. Did we send Majors Manning and Haslam?..thoughts?

Lets see......CJG and Tee Martin together on the recruiting trail, hmmm???

One has a NC ring on his finger the other has a Superbowl ring on his finger, well they might have some limited success.
