I'm gonna shut my phone down, cuz now I'm getting tons of emotional text messages. It gives me anxiety.

I'm definitely not going to hear anyhing else, it's obvious. I'm hanging on y'all's coat tail and with y'all's credentials....none of us need to stray off on any tangents. PERIOD!

Nothing they do means anything at all about what we have done, or will do. It is not an indication of anything at all with regards to Grudens current or future employment. They are completely unrelated.

Some say Shannon was very close to being hired as well along with the rumors there may have been some real fire there. I do not want to let my guard down but i think we may have gruden. I have been following all along. There is a lot of smoke and a lot of fire under the seat of Tennessee Football in general to make a great hire. Give Gruden a great offer and watch Our football program flourish!!!!

Solid stance. If I hadn't been told the things I have I would be super skeptical too.

With that said an acceptance is an agreement on an outline of terms. Think of it like this. A prospective employer gauges my interest in a job and wonders what my compensation requirements would be. We can execute a MOU to keep the job from being published until I can formally review all aspects not just compensation and formally accept or decline. Basically I think on the university side the "All In" statement means they accomplished everything he wanted both with compensation and structure and all that is left is a formal acceptance and announcement.

This is a much different deal under Hart than it was under Hamilton. That much is clear.
