I think the success Jim Mora, Jr. has had should quiet the fears about Gruden being out of college coaching for so long. Jr. was out of it just as long if not longer.

I really would love to see Gruden announced right before or the day of the SECC game!! The Vols hijack all the exposure of that weekend. I can only imagine how many times the analyst would bring it up during the game.

That's a good point. Free publicity to tons of recruits and high school coaches.

Gruden is charasmatic, he is engaging he knows FOOTBALL. He is the perfect for for a college coach. Motivator at it's core. ANYONE that would balk on GRUDEN and the college game has NO BALLS!! It's fine to question, but there's no sense going on and on and on about it after you get the same answer each time. Gets repetitive.
