wow, very telling for Hart to say what he did about Cheek. Also, sounds like he will not come out and validate current commitments scholarships and let the next coach determine that, to me that was very telling.

We now know that the "insiders" were wrong about Kirby Smart being the likely coach, when Dave Hart said that head coaching experience is critical in his hiring decision.

i dont think the insiders were wrong. Kirby could certainly be the guy Hart was targeting on the AD side until like he said "opinionated people" told him otherwise. I think its safe to assume it will be a head coach, not a coordinator.

I was impressed with Hart. I took away that he is winning the battles he needs to win that impeded us when hiring Dooley. Money is not going to be an issue and he insinuated that he would be a HC or have been a successful HC before.

We are going in the right direction.

Supposedly, Rucker just said on the radio that UT administration has been instructed to get Gruden. Make him say no.

Maybe they should be instructed to make him say yes instead!

I can absolutely guarantee you that Smart was contacted last offseason and right around the time of the Fla. game.
