Here's what I hope the timeline is for Gruden. Hart will conduct a mandatory search after the Kentucky game. Several candidates will be interviewed. Gruden will be officially interviewed for the position, accept, and then finish out broadcasting on MNF as UT's next head coach.

No thats not a fact. Parents dont make career work decisions based on kids not wanting to change schools.

Being able to adapt is a good thing. The fact that Gruden wants to build upon his offense and do what works is a positive. I am sure he would run a little of both. Fulmer not wanting or being able to adapt is what started his downfall...

I just don't see it happening. Gruden has to many ties to UT to Tennessee in General. If he comes to a College Team I am 100% in my mind it would be UT. but again that's JMO

CBS Sports article stating that Gruden is more likely to return to coaching in the college ranks. A lot of it is stuff we already know.
