I'm still depressed from last night so maybe I'm a little over the top in this statement but if we don't get Gruden I think we are a mid level SEC team at best. Competing for SECC are over. Chip Kelly, Pete Carroll, those guys could revive this program as well but bigger stretches than Gruden IMO. I really believe Gruden is interested and our guy as long as the AD doesn't F it p. We need Gruden to revive this fanbase, recruiting and bring that in your face winning attitude that Gruden has. He will demand excellence from these players which is what these kids need. They looked like sh*t last night, like they just didn't care anymore. Last night was more painful than the KY loss. They handed us our ass on a platter. Embarrassing and pathetic are the only words I can use without getting banned. Gruden or bust!!

It would be if he was granted permission to talk to him for a college job and then hired him away after taking an nfl job. JG has already talked to several coaches unoffically. I know this for a fact. The redskins said this was done with permission.

So Gruden won't come but Jim Mora will leave Los Angeles after reviving that program and beating USC in his first try? Skeeter needs to stick to recruiting cause that makes no sense at all.

Great points...and I'll add this as an opinion based on my conversation yesterday:

It would appear to me that the AD is being much more tight lipped, but the booster groups and surrounding cast is much more loose lipped about the whole thing...like its not really top secret info. JMO

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the AD "insiders" are more ambiguous and misleading than the booster and surrounding cast "insiders"....

....right?
