Dilemma for those in San Francisco area: is the wax cap on the Maker's bottle considered separately recyclable? Should we peel it off the bottle (glass) and toss it into the blue bin separately? Or what if it's not recyclable? Should it just go into the brown bin along with the chicken bones and Dungeness crab shells and hard-as-rock leftover parmesan cheese??
