Yeah, we NEVER know who we are gonna hire before posting a job...:lolabove:
I work for the Gub and I approve this message...
scared of UT getting a good coach? Absolutely
as for the dollars being thrown around, you won't be the first gator to not understand how things like that work. Starting to wonder if UF even has a business school
As an executive recruiter for the past 11 years, I work with large firms that have to comply as a government contractor (ie they are a large law firm, accounting firm doing work for the gov.) And there are times that we have someone targeted and then at the end need to handle all the compliance issues..posting position.. compiling forms that have voluntarily asked for candidates ethnicity etc..So during 2 week period after Dooley is fired University will need to take care of all state employment compliance hoops which they will have plenty of time to do before announcing Gruden
Fulmer was a good coach. Kiffin was a good coach, etc.......
Florida will still be Florida.
Boro, You posted in one of the early threads that Thankgiving was going to be good ( or something to that effect)
Were you speaking of the Dooley leaving announcement on the 26th or something else ?
I think it's been well established that Dooley would "officially" be gone after the UK game, so yes...I'd say that's why.
Also (completely unrelated to Gramps post)...not that I take *anything* that Basillio says as 100% truth but, if Gruden is asking for a 10 year/$50 million offer, the only question I ask is what color ink do you prefer?
