wow, why so long? (sorry if I missed the story) This your first?

I never really told the story but part of it is because we own a house that we are renting and then after that if there is a road block to hit when buying a house we hit it. Plus, the loan officer drug his feet at times that stretched things out. It finally took me telling him we were going to have to walk away because of some of the complications before he actually started fighting for us and got things done in less than two weeks after I told him we had to walk away.
