Another fundraising idea to help with Dooley's buyout co-sponsored by UT AD and TSR: Highest bidder gets to replace Wes Rucker's show on the airwaves (or if the winner is just rich and uninterested in hosting themselves, they can choose a replacement).

A win for everyone.

If there is really a clause in his ESPN Contract he can't coach in the NFL until 2015 because of all the inside info on all the teams then alll this talk about him coaching in the NFL is just smoke on the PR side to keep the down low on the UT hire of Gruden with the info I was told and posted on a few days ago I'm still on the 100% my self unless the PR on it is completely gone allto crap and they pi$$ Gruden off before he is ready

To me Gundy is a HR. Patterson is a great coach as well. The rest are meh.

I know, Gundy will never leave, Pickens will match. Etc. He is a man!! He is 40!!! He is old enough to decide if this is the next chapter in his coaching life.

Patterson might be the more realistic, which is fine. Great defensive mind. Can he recruit at the level he would have to at UT? Here's to finding out. :rock:

We have a winner... I believe we are still in good shape with Gruden. Just give it time and be patient.

That makes no sense at all. What moron would sign something that said he could never coach in the NFL again?

Gruden absolutely can go to any NFL team that wants him. No doubt about it.
