It's kinda funny, as I turned on the radio after the game to hear what was being said, the station went to a commercial break and to my surprise I hear " Hi, Im Derek Dooley the Head Football Coach of the Tennessee Volunteers. Making a bad decision late in the game can be very costly." It was a don't drink and drive commercial. I thought that was kind of ironic considering his poor decision making in todays game, the man should have taken his own advice.

Fire Dooley bring in Gruden!

lol... Have heard that several times, but never thought about it....:good!:

Hello Volnation....I'm so numb after today!....That's the best I can describe the feeling I have...just NUMB! I have faith that Dooley will be gone after UK game or maybe sooner....UT Football is bigger than any man or men and we are gonna be back on top...I'm still hopeful on Gruden, but I have faith that we will get a big name no matter what.

Word is Dooley will not be fired this week since the team still has a bowl game to play for.

The decision to fire him is made and if we win out the next two weeks he will be announced as fired after the Kentucky game.

If we were to lose to Vandy and bowl game is then out of the question he would be fired that subsequent Monday.

Everyone in program very much wants a bowl game for the new coach to come in and get to know the team.

:hi:

I'll be back in a few. Hold down the fort

And tell Pattiy I was just kidding bout that one post. Think I offended her. :)
Did not Goat! If you made me mad you would know it. I think you are hilarious! I must be a terrible poster because I am often misunderstood. Sorry gang! :cray:

Things are getting desperate out there now. There is a post calling for us to hire James Franklin. It is not safe to go outside these walls.

I didn't see that on VQ (Wasn't really looking hard though), but if true it means he is gone regardless.
