I am actually in agreement with you, I wish LSU would have pulled the trigger the whole way on that one. What they did for Manning was tell him he could come but not for the Bama game. They should have done the same thing to Scarbrough.

I dont see bama getting him. I think Rock will be the guy, stud back that is less of a hassle to get on board.

Hilliard will be a senior his first year too. Will be hard to handle three backs like that for 4 quarters.

I think a healthy Senior Hilliard is on another level than Ware and Ford. And those three will be hell with how LSU runs the ball. Saban better keep recruiting 5-7 LBs a year. (which he will do)

nah that 5 LBs recruiting was a 1 year thing. Bama will have a nice backfield to deal with also.

If I were starting a program or rebuilding one, I would probably select Bo Pelini, of course, he just signed an extension earlier in the year.

I really liked him when he was in BR.

i would take Petrino over him (i am aware that is not a popular opinion, i dont care, and wont change my mind so no use trying)

but yeah i think he would be a great fit and Gruden or Petrino would make us immediately relevant and give us a shot to win the East in 2013 - jmo

No no. I am just surprised based on I guess what I think of him. I have no problem with UT improving, they are my 2nd favorite team in the SEC.
