NFL Today on CBS just took shots at Saban and Spurrier regarding comments that Bama could be an NFL team. Cowher said we all love and respect Coach Spurrier in the college game but his record in the NFL speaks for itself. Shannon Sharpe chimed in and said Nick Saban's record in the NFL also speaks for itself. What kind of message would Chucky's record send?

Good. While we all may not agree on politics, football coaching changes, or motor oil we are all bothers and sisters of volnation.

Not trying to be sappy but I look at us as a big family

You should question why they support a coach that will never win big in the SEC. And tell them that moral victories don't count.

The ones signing the checks don't even know for sure he's coming, sorry but that is just the truth. They are talking but there are so many hurdles to overcome. I got a gut that Gruden gets fed up with the academia bs and moves on.

Absolutely. Despite my constant sarcasm, I strive to never get mad at another poster. If that poster is mad at you, it irritates them even more if you keep your cool. :)

Don't know about you guys, but Hart is beginning to piss me off. No acknowledgment whatsoever that a problem exists. The empty stadium and the times we are living as Vol fans is disgusting. Then, to even suggest the possibility of keeping the inept Dooley is too much for me to take. I am beginning to wonder if there isn't some "Bama/Saban family favoritism" playing into this.
