Just counted. Not including stickies, it took me counting twenty. Let me repeat, TWENTY, threads reading down the football forum to find a thread about the game tomorrow. That thread topic was comparing Troy to Akron. Now, I realize that a lot of optimism has been lost on this year. That being said, tomorrow is game day. It is homecoming. Our beloved VOLS are hitting the field. Is it possible that, just maybe we could actually talk some football on the football forum? I'll start.

1) What are some predictions for the game tomorrow?

2) What players stand out?

3) What approach do you think the defense will take to the game? Prevent big play like Akron or press hard like USC possibly allowing big plays.

4) How many yards rushing you think the Vols have?

5) Please feel free to discuss any other topics actually related to the game tomorrow

I'm sorry, I am tired of all the negativity in this forum surrounding this team. We have four (hopefully five) games left. I am going to enjoy them regardless of who our coach is. Go VOLS. Flame aways

I think they play tough for a half but our offense should prevail. If Tyler shows up the same as vs SC we should be good. I do see it as a "first to score 60 wins" kind of game.

Either way I will be there and will lose my voice and most likely my patience like every game since NC St.

GBO!

I honestly think we lose tomorrow

Diego!!! As all that good weather made you melancholy? Seasons are a changing and we are going to win the rest. They may not be pretty, but our team isn't quitting and want to win more than we do. BTW, I went to Diego circa 97 or so when my sister lived there and had more than a few people tell me they were Vol fans. Of course I had on a Vol cap, but I was surprised.

Just lost my faith I guess. Lots of Vols out here.

I'm not worried about it .. Dave Hart will make a change if needed. All I know is, I wait for football season for an Eternity in the Spring/Summer. The season is almost over!! Let's cheer our Vols on and get to a bowl game!!

I think we will win and by a healthy point spread. The seniors will get the team pumped. This is their last year to wear the orange and white and you bet they want to go to a bowl this year. Plus, it is not a top 25 team and not in the SEC so we should win as that seems to be the only teams we can beat as of late.

If we do find a way to lose to Troy then Volnation will setting themselves on fire just to escape this nightmare.

I hope you are wrong. I think Troy challenges UT in aspects of the game that UT's D is very weak. They have an explosive offense. D needs to create turnovers.

Troy lost to Miss St by 7. The way out defense looks nothing is a sure win. I think Missouri and Vandy gives us trouble.

Also, I think we will win, though it will be a high scoring game for both offenses.
