I think if we're not going to let him go, the AD has got to release something backing Dooley. Right now, the uncertainity is killing his ability to seal the deal with recruits. This ultimately causes losing which causes more uncertainity which causes more losing...etc, etc, etc. Without Dave Hart stepping in, Dooley's fate and our teams fate is sealed. Nick Saban couldn't coach his way out of this
