Which is more embarrassing .... the painting on the rock or the 14-19 record over the last 2 and a half years. The funny thing is that Vol fans shouldn't be surprised. He is putting up the same numbers as he did in La Tech.

Thanks for trying to make a point.....a really, really, ridiculous point. When you think of it that way....do you really think this program is truly headed in the right direction? Better yet do you think we are going to be beating the teams in the SEC to win SEC Championships? When Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina are loading up with top tier talent...how is Tennessee going to over compensate for their lack of it...with supreme Dooley coaching? Get real.

I doubt in the grand scheme of things player give a damn about the rock. They hear constant criticism from all angles. Maybe this is one small thing added to the heaping pile of trash they have to deal with but it is a very small thing.

Because it is an icon of the school, it is embarrassing, no big name coach will ever want to coach here because of it, Dooley and family mental damage from it, etc. I don't agree with all these, but that is a summary.

Judge me. I am high. So what? I did not desicrate our school icon. What does my name mean? I still know that sneaking around in the middle of the night and doing something like that is punk as it gets. Liking it is too. No big deal.
