Lou Holtz: "Let's remember this: every call went against Tennessee today"

The people on here that say that Sal lost the the game for us are wrong.

1. Everyone know are D sucks!
2. 3rd and three and Bray goes for the home run ball every time.
3. When the best part of your team is your O, you have to find away to make long drives and keep our D on the sideline. NOT throwing the ball all over the place. Going three and out four or five times this game.
4. The best part of this football team the O-line gave away this game.

FIRE AWAY!

No Sunseri's defense lost us the game!
you people are crazy this defense will work. you can't expect everyone to get it year 1. this d gives up a few plays they shouldn't a game give them a year of experience and an influx of talent tailored to it and they will be fine.

The refs aren't losing the games for us. We are doing that very well without their help. If Tennessee was taking care of business like it should be, a couple of bad calls wouldn't make a lot of difference! Our football team sucks without the ref's help.

Nobody should be getting help from the refs. A well called game is where the refs are invisible. We aren't the talent rich team of 1999, so the bad calls against us do matter a lot.

Defense wasn't great, but we were in the game until the Bray fumble. Personally, I thought they awarded the ball to SC pretty quickly given there was still a pile. But, my biggest question, why didn't Dooley challenge the out of bounds and try to save a timeout?
For pretty much the same reasons he didnt call a time out in the Gator game when passes started getting dropped as much as the players heads and Gator players started mocking our players and changed momentum. He's a very nice man and a exceptional administrator, but lacks the instincts to be a savvy bawl coach in the SEC.

The refs played a part in our losing of the game. Absolutely.

Bull shyt. UT had opportunities late in the game and couldn't finish. The refs had nothing to do with it. The officiating did suck, though. The horse collar on Shaw was garbage. However, Clowney got held several times, and it went unnoticed. UT definitely got the worse end, though.
