Agreed, if that is true. It seems the whole family member as successor attempts have never worked. (Bob and Pat Knight did it, Lou and Skip Holtz, Steve and Steve Jr Spurrier tried to get schools to agree with this) If the sons, brothers are that good, they will get the job without it being in the contract

For me, it was actually more of a wishful thinking kinda thing with his brother b/c I knew that he is in a great position to get an NFL HC job..That being said, there are plenty of excellent OC's out there and Gruden probably has his eye on several.
