Oh the whole town goes nuts but work won't close unless its two feet or more. Which doesn't make sense to me because if the town gets any amount of snow that sticks on the roads the whole town basically shuts down. No one is going to come get their car worked on when there is snow on the roads.

Our boss doesn't care. He wouldn't even be here if it snowed but would expect employees to be here and the business to be open so that he wouldn't have to pay everyone a snow day without getting work out of them. Pretty sad actually. He is more worried about losing money than the safety of his employees.

That's sad. I hope we get a few snow days to make up for none last year. The year before we had 3.

Coworkers are still talking about the oreo balls. Guess ill be making them for the Christmas cookie exchange.

It is sad. I have been at this place three years and only missed one day due to snow and I didn't get paid for that day because the boss came in and opened the store so he wouldn't have to pay the employees for missing that day.

Nat is more interested in showing me off in the Mickey costume. She knows she can have all the extra candy we have and we buy the good stuff.

My last firm was good. They closed down one day and the next day opened late, but at the last minute closed down. Of course some people were already making their way in and for those that did, got time and half.

Here is an easy dessert recipe for your upcoming parties

Mix small box of instant chocolate pudding with 3/4 cup of milk.

Add 1/4 cup of vodka & 1/2 cup of baileys.

fold in container of extra creamy whipped cream.

Pour into 6 oz. dixie cups & freeze for at least 3-4 hours.

Makes about 6 servings. You can thank me later. :)
