I think that the boosters have handled this and Gruden has agreed to accept a formal offer after the Ky game. If we make a bowl, an interim will coach it. Dooley either knows or doesn't know yet because if your the AD or any1 else, you can always just chalk it up to rumors. Like many have stated, they don't want the pressure and press of a mid season coaching search. They don't want the media breathing down their necks. If you think Dooley is coming back, you're delusional. At this point, the fan base has reached their breaking point. Good luck to CDD in his future endeavors and let's get the next chapter of TVF going. Go Vols! (Thanks to everyone that has posted...I enjoy reading the board)

Smokey, don't know why it won't upload as a sig. I couldn't get it to work either. However, I was able to upload it to my albums so here's a work around.

1. Open up your Control Panel
2. Click Pictures and Albums (under Networking)
3. Create an album if you need to, but add to an album.
4. Once added, just take the url and use the insert image in your sig and voila. That should work.

" Tennessee coach Derek Dooley is 0-5 in the SEC for the third time in three seasons, and speculation is rampant that Dooley will be fired. But I’m not so sure. The Tennessee athletic department has thin reserves. The cost of paying Dooley and his staff and hiring a new head coach and staff would be exorbitant. Also, athletic director Dave Hart may give Dooley another chance to win, if only for Hart to give himself more time to fix a myriad of administrative issues that he inherited. That would attract better coaching candidates."
