The last MNF is on Saturday Dec. 22nd. If Gruden is on the job Dec. 23rd does he have enough time to assemble his staff and hit the ground running on the recruiting trail? My hope is that a "Homerun hire" with name recognition will keep the class together and maybe convince some to come. Thoughts?

She doesn't say much about VN specifically; more so the information addiction in general - I just get bored with the crap she watches on TV and would rather do something else. BUT if I go to another room or read a book I am ignoring our "quality time"

It doesn't help that my toddler walks around with a fake blackberry acting like he is texting and going Dada, Dada, Dada...

HAHA! Sounds familiar...

Is it bad that my two year old knows how to use the ipad? Im seriously looking at getting him one of those kid ipads for Christmas.

I don't think its bad, I just don't him to think that is the only entertainment option available - plus he is still in the throw it when I am done with it phase. He rarely looks at the TV and is constantly running around like a crazy person.

Uh... if the rumors are true, he won't wait until after MNF ends to assemble his staff...

Apparently, posters on VQ are alluding to the fact that Gruden has been in contact with coaches that all have past ties to UT. Kevin Steele apparently isn't the only one.

Keep Miles, JRM, Carr, and maybe Sutton, Sanders, Bradley, or Harris. Tell the rest to get lost.

Same here...its a good thing I'm a laid back parent or Id have a shat fit every time I found the ipad sitting in the floor, covered with sticky fingerprints, blaring PBS kids cartoons...

He's the same, bounces all over the place...live wire that one....

Would Gruden and Steele have been at UT at the same time? I don't know steele's connections/time frame

Gruden has been burning up the lines calling potential staff. This is not hearsay. This is media reported fact. Furthermore he was doing it at least two weeks before the media started reporting it.

Yeah, my laptop is in the master bedroom and I enjoy being in there away from everything having some "me" time..Hubby is usually working b/c we have our own business and that keeps him busy..We still have "quality" time when we go out for dinner on Fridays.
