Yes... there is no need for personal attacks on Coach Dooley but especially on his family. That does not change the fact that i think he is over his head, and not a good coach for UT.

But you did not say that, you said that all grudenites on this thread were as bad as the people who harassed his family.

So Do you agree that you were wrong in that, that is the question???

Since you seem like a perfectly fine chap, I retract my statement on all the grudenites. Some of you feel that he will make our football program better. And on that, I don't disagree, to a point. What I feel is disgraceful is all the Dooley bashing - be it in print or by voice. I feel a majority of this thread is over the top and does not do one iota of good for the team or the program. The old "Be careful what you wish for" adage comes to mind. Jon Gruden has done exactly what in college football? To be blunt, Coach Dooley has more college coaching experience than gruden.

Not exactly. I grew up a Leverkusen fan because that is who my dad followed. I haven't been a fan for years, but I do still pay attention to their results. Actually, I follow the bundesliga as much as anything. I really like the style across the board. I think it is totally underrated as the leagues go. It is much more entertaining than the EPL.
