Public relations is about preception....., It is not about what really happens, but about what people believes happen.

The public will see this as Gruden hired while Dooley was still employed.

This type of behavior cost us at least one good coach last year. Heckled at his kids school function. Families are off limits 100%

He said on 104.5 in Nashville, He knows for a fact that Gruden has real interest in the job and discussions have been made. I know these guys in this thread have said this but they have nothing to lose by it. BTW, I fully believe these guys in here.

Layla's hatred of Knoxville was a factor in the decision to leave no matter how small. I do know that for a fact.
