6 yard punt in yesterday's loss to the Cocks.

I mean, seriously. I don't think I've ever seen anything like that at any level of the game. Hart better get this next hire right... Good lord.

The timeout when the clock was stopped has to be in the running, although I still like the 47-man goalline defense vs LSU in '10

Nah it was the bray fumble at the end of the game. During the dooley era we have consistently found ways to lose at the very end of the game. LSU, North Carolina, etc.

Wad watching with my dad who is a uga fan and i said this is the play we give up for a touchdown. He couldnt believe me and then it happened. Also called the touchdown before the half a Qb keeper. He said no way they score like that. Needless to say he was shocked and said i did a pretty good job of being a coach defense coord. Also notable the 3 and 3 we threw a 20 yrd fade or whatever called that one as well. I am no coach by any means so if i can predict both sides of the ball a lot these elite teams are licking there chops

Any1 that watched knows Bray didn't give up 38pts. When u score 35 ur suppossed to win end of story.

How about the 4th and 1 pass that was tipped and caught by SC early in the game. It would have been our first defensive stand! They went on to score :ermm:

I think is what is telling is he was a special teams coach for LSU in '03 and '04. You think he could assist with what has been our biggest weakness for his tenure at UT if he was a decent coach.

That should have been reviewed. Watching the backside camera angle looked like it hit the ground..

I've seen every one of those other plays happen many times over the years. But I've never watched a 6 yard punt... not even in a high school game. I would've laughed if it weren't so pathetic.

Oh well, at least I had the new John Clayton commercial to entertain me. Best ESPN ad ever!

I remember we tried to punt in 6th grade once. The guy kicked it straight up and we lost 10 yards after it bounced.

The Clayton commercial was hilarious!

You must be a new Tennessee fan? I was one of the few in Volnation who actually attended the game yesterday, and had a blast. I turned to my buddy who has been watching them 30+ years in person as I have, and said "This play spells touchdown, have seen it happen too many times to the Vols". I think they need to get rid of Dooley too, but the 3rd and 26 is a Tennessee thing, not a Dooley thing. It just happens to us, I can't explain it?

With all the hall of fame coaches we have on here Tennessee should never lose a game, LOL.

Once again we were only 3 to 5 plays away from a huge SEC Win.

If we had changed over to our 3-4 D a year earlier we would probably be a 1 loss team and be ranked in the top 10 nationally.

Bray missed 2 passes badly and both could have been TD passes, Grrrrrrr.....

Hats off to Zack for a great game catching the ball but where was Patterson in the passing game?

VFL...GBO!!!
