Has the look of a distal femur fracture from the close up above. Would be better than a multiligamentous knee injury as long as it's extra articular.

Jeebus cripes that was devastating. Really hope he is not in any more pain right now. So terribly sad to see a season (possibly a career) end like that.

And I really feel that ESPN and the other sports networks showing the replay should put a warning on the video. I saw it 15 minutes ago and am still feeling queasy. And the poster above, Volfrombama, should have given a warning and a click-option to see that picture. I threw up a little in my mouth when I saw that.

Typically clean tears or breaks don't hurt, they just feel weird, more like pressure and tingling, he can recover as long as no bones broke, pain is a good thing most of the time , no pain is not good .

What?! Hopefully it was broken bones & not a shredded knee. The kid was in a state of shock because he knew something was bad. We all did.

Was at work during the game. Heard about his injury and watched it just now. Terrible. I feel bad for the guy, just can't catch a break. I was looking forward to seeing him play in the NFL but unfortunately this injury may put his career to an end. Hope I'm wrong though.

Hoping for the best for him! It's terrible to see something like that happen-- especially to such a talented player and role model.

Marcus, God Bless you son.. Everything I have ever read/heard about you has been nothing but good.. I heard your coach say that you were the type that football or not you would do well and good in life.. May God be with you...
