Knee dislocation. Horrible injury. Not patella. Tibia off of Femur. Very high chance of a vascular injury. Multiple ligaments gone. I hate it for this guy.

I teared up. After fighting so hard to come back from the previous knee injury...Hope he is ok, but it looked bad. His leg looked like it was hanging on to his knee by a thread
