No. Gruden is going to appoint him as the new D line coach. According to what Shaquille O'Neal told me.

Ok all you grudenites,you talk big but give no good reason why gruden would be a good hire for Tennessee. Yes he won a super bowl,with Dungys players. But failed miserably till he was fired after that. Hasn't been a head coach of any ncaa team. So he's untested at the college level. And please,it's great his wife is a VFL, but really that has NO bearing on his coaching ability.NO proof he can recruit or put together a winning staff. So please let us in on why he's such a great hire.

That you question Gruden's ability to get in on top players speaks volumes.

I'm starting to get all boned up over the past couple of days. Not sure if it's a behind-closed-doors-done-deal or they are simply still in the beginning stages, based as much info is on the internet.

What I will say is that IF Doolander ever makes it to another Vol-Calls this will be what i expect:
