Good lord, you call someone a 14 year old then you run to mom and dad like a 4 year old. Why don't you guys just ignore each other and shut the **** up about it?

it seems our insiders are suggesting that Hart has an agreed deal with Gruden who is waiting on him to fire Dooley, before he signs. YET, Hart does not want to fire Dooley yet, because of the buyout, who they claim Haslam has already agreed to pay. SO, Hart is holding up the best coach he could possibly hire, and giving him every opportunity to back out, so he can wait a few more days and MAYBE fire Dooley after the SC game. this sounds like complete BS to me.

I get the feeling Hart has come to strongly dislike DD and is going to make him twist in the wind a bit.

I don't like the approach, though. If you have the cash and Gruden locked down, you should send him packing and tell him to not let the door hit him on the way out. Announce Gruden immediately and reap the benefits.

I like how everyone tries to call out the insiders by doubting their sources with no sources of their own. It is humorous as to how all these people are so sure he won't come here just because they think they are right.

OV, Boro, Jay, DTO, SBV, OCI and I am sure I left someone out but thank you all for your contributions to this board and I hope everything goes as plan.
