Hate to tell u I told ya so...

If you hated to tell us, you wouldn't have.

Also, you're now hanging your hat on one poster instead of multiple. Not sure how that makes what you choose to believe more legit than what others choose to believe.

No way in he11 there is a deal in place. You people are so desperate at this point that you are making fools out of yourself and the fan base in general. The product we're putting on the field lately is bad enough, there's no need to give the world more to laugh at.. Please stop.

I'm so confused.

Not hard in this monstrosity that used to be a good discussion thread. Now it is like a group of teenagers arguing about who gets the last slice of pizza.

The necessity to scroll through 5-6 pages of arguing back and forth to get to a real post is growing old.

Y'all think this shlt is crazy and divided now?

Given our history we'll probably go down to Columbia and win the damn game...this place will look like a scene from 300.

You are entitled to your opinion. Not my job to convince you. I'm not.speculating however.

To answer your question....he's coaching for another job at this point. Competing with Bama, or beating USCjr would be a (weak) resume builder.
So, based on what you heard, was the MSU loss the tipping point?

The Shannon stuff was real and down to the wire. Dooley's ego got in the way of that.

No, it wasn't. The only connection Shannon EVER had with the UT DC job was his agent putting his name out there to media. Period. He wasn't contacted formally or informally. Dooley's ego didn't have the chance to get in the way because he was never on Dooley or Dave Hart's list.

Shannon was "having discussions" with every DC opening last season. He was so strongly considered for all of those jobs that he ended up taking a job as a position coach at TCU 2 weeks before fall came. Come on.

If you want to continue to live in message board fantasy land on Randy Shannon, you're welcome to, but you're absolutely, completely wrong.

Ranked SEC team, on the road, 14 point underdogs. You and I are not reading from the same history book.
