is > Da'Rick Rogers?

It would have been nice to have both along with Hunter, but if the football gods came to us and said "We are willing to give you back DR but it would cost you CP" are we all in agreement that we would decline?

I think so. He can play most positions on the offense and he should play in the backfield on defense. He can find the ball.

Without the issues.

Still going with CP.

I've seen DR just about carry an offense for a season as the only legit WR. CP is a special player with the ball in his hands but IMO it's kind of a push. I'd lean CP on returns (I think DR had a couple nice ones though) but can't say it's really a simple choice

Rogers was 2nd in the SEC in receiving yards last year. CP is a heck of an athlete, but Rogers is a better WR right now.

Da'rick is much better than CP as a receiver. People who don't see that are blind. CP is more explosive than Da'rick. People who don't see that are blind as well. That being said, if I have to choose one, I am going with Da'rick without a moments hesitation. I know I will get flamed for saying it but I don't really care.

CP relies on physical abilities and is not a great route runner. Right now, he looks like Justin Hunter during his freshman year. Both DR and JH run better routes right now, which is what matters at the next level. CP's speed is just average on Sundays.

With DR comes the issues. He has single handedly turned an OVC Championship TTU team from a year ago into a 2-5 big ole mess

That's ridiculous TTU is awful because their o line and defense is horrendous. It has nothing to do with Da'rick. Purely as receiver I would take Da'rick by a mile.

CP is faster. Better in the open field.

But DR is better route runner and overall better WR.

Cp is just a freak with the ball in his hands.

Wherever Da'rick shows up...they start a losing....let the record speak for itself.

Before Da'rick = Conference Champions

After Da'Rick = 2-5

DR over Hunter any day of the week. DR is just a head case but on the field i would take him over both

I just posted in another thread and not ashamed to post it here too: I was dead wrong about CP. I was pretty confident juco WRs rarely make difference in the sec and Patt was no different. I was proven to be an idiot on the first TD of the sason.
