You can call out players within the confines of the team. You can't do it in the media and expect to have their respect. They will just think you're an ass trying to save your own skin by blaming anything so you don't have to shoulder responsibility....or the consequences that come with it. Oh wait.....

Either OCI and I work together or we know a couple of the same people that have bad information. Two of the people I trust the most told me something very similar to what he posted just before I left the office.
 
So assuming that the offer that OCI quoted is correct, that would make Gruden the highest paid coach in college, correct?

I know that Mack Brown and Nick Saban are above 5, but I wasn't sure about exactly where they are at.

I thought Saban was 4.8. I think Mack Brown is 5.4 :)crazy:).

Maybe this is a formal offer because, Dooley was "officially" fired today, announcement tomorrow? idk.

The only reason to get rid of Dooley at this point in the season is if Hart can land his HR hire (Gruden). Hart cannot negotiate with a coach that is currently coaching.
