Don't think he'll get to that record and/or sustain it.

I know. Fulmer was said to be fired during the 2007 season till they went on a run and won out. Ended up getting fired in 2008. Just saying if they are gonna do it, do it now before something similar happens.

Weidmer...

On Friday afternoon, Nov. 13th, 1992, the University of Tennessee parted company with a.inline_topic:hover { background-color: #EAEAEA;}football coach Johnny Majors after 16 seasons. His final game before that ouster was a 24-23 loss at South Carolina.
On Monday afternoon, Nov. 3rd, 2008, UT parted ways with football coach a.inline_topic:hover { background-color: #EAEAEA;}Phillip Fulmer after 16 seasons. Two days earlier, Fulmer’s Vols lost 27-6 at South Carolina.
Embattled third-year Tennessee football coach Derek Dooley accompanies his struggling team to South Carolina this Saturday, where the Vols hope to end a three-game losing streak and snap an 0-4 start in the Southeastern Conference.
Anybody notice a possible trend here?

Glaring

I still am not sold on firing Dooley. I don't have any arguments to keep him. Call it a gut feeling I guess. Can Gruden really get it done? Is he really interested? I don't think he's a good fit long term. Why not Charlie Strong? Better fit for the long haul, has coached and recruited in the SEC. Who else is out there that is interested? I'm just tired as hell and don't want to think about it........but that's impossible. Go Vols!

Most spots were about 30 mins from each place, not bad, but the traffic was the bad part. Parking was bad too, had to park on the side of the road at most places.

I haven't hiked a lot up there but have noticed that when you drive by trail heads there isn't much parking.

Always playing from behind gets old.

I would not pick Gruden. I realize I'm in the minority.

I'm not an AD... but surely a good hire can be made outside of one man.

Way to represent. Nice.

We saw a group of four UK people up there, he said he wanted to throw me off the side! Of the four places we went on Saturday, there was a lot of sec east representation, only no show was Vandy. Lots of Indiana fans too, what's up with that?

Volly, sent you an invite for the tailgate saturday. Dont know if you will be in town or not, but you are more than welcome to come join the shenanigans.
