I'm gonna make a white chicken chili this afternoon. I have 4 split breast in the crockpot. Can't wait to see how it turns out.

You brown the chicken in a pan or fix it in the crockpot? I have seen it both ways. I figured the chicken would be more moist in the crockpot adn I could use the broth as my water.

Pan. Im too impatient. Sometimes I sub garbanzo beans for the chicken and do a veggie version.

This isnt for me personally, its for a client. There are going to be some changes, I am going to do the seating differently, and there are going to be three terraced seating rows. The stars are going to actually be fiber optic behind black paneling, so when the movie is playing, it looks like they are traveling in space.

I'll finish it oof in the pan. I'm jsut using the crockpot to precook the chicken. The chicken should be done. I'll throw a little oil adn some onions in a pan and then jsut before they are done I'll throw in teh chicken and seasoning. Then I'll finish it off with a can of navy or northern beans adn let it simmer till it starts to thicken.

It would be a good idea to test your ideas in my basement before you do it for the client. Just sayin.

I use northern & butter beans plus corn.

Kinda pissed, feels like I have a hangover, but I didnt drink last night. If im gonna feel like I am hungover, I at least want to have earned it.

That sounds really sucky to have a hangover and not drink the night before. Maybe you should make up for it today on this Thirsty Thursday.
