This team is absolutely heinous. I swear to god they look like they've never practiced a day in their life. High school teams make fewer mistakes in their first game then we do coming off a bye week. It's simply embarrassing. I've watched a lot of bad football (I'm a Dolphins fan), and this is without question the most poorly coached team I've ever followed. It boggles my mind.

Lol. You ain't lying about that dolphin comment. Same here. Go phins.

I'm not sure where we are as a program. The defense isn't close to being able to compete in the SEC. The offense is a couple RBs away from being one of the best in the SEC, but by the time we get them we won't have JH and CP. We consistently make mistakes that cost us games (MSU kickoff recovery, DY fumble, and inability to stop MSU on the final drive with 5:22 remaining and 3 timeouts).

I didn't think it was possible, but we lost that game in a way where I still support Dooley. I really thought if we lost this game I would be completely off the Doolaid. But we are without a doubt an improved team. And we made the adjustments at halftime(where coaching is judged) and dominated the second half. And then it came down to our players making plays in a big moment, and we couldn't do it. Just like Georgia it came down to players not making plays.

I'll take it from the haters, but I still support Dooley!!

Not sure where we are? Dude, a spade is a spade. You may have inside info or whatever, but to the average fan it is getting old watching this disaster. No reason whatsoever we should have lost this game. The entire first half was inexcusable.

We're improved but with good coaching this team could win 9 games easy.

I just don't know if letting go of Dooley this year answers anything. Our best players will be gone after next year outside of a couple guys. Maybe see that out? I mean, 7-5 isn't what I expected. I just can't stand how our coaches can't get our players ready. In-game situations, some of our play-calling is garbage. Teams continues to blow. Just too emotional right now to make a reasonable judgment.

I see no evidence whatsoever we will ever beat Florida or Georgia, or even make an approach to competing for the east, or for that fact beating a ranked opponent worth a damn with this line of retarded thinking.

I don't blame the coaches for the game-changing mistakes our players made tonight. The screwups that happened on the field to turn this game are taught at the middle school level.

If the players haven't learned these things by now, then nobody can help them.

The thing that bothers me is we have more talent on the field than over half of the teams we play but we continue to be outplayed. Is that a coaching problem or a player development/commitment problem?

Support the team...everything else will be evaluated at the end of the season. If the fans quit on the team in the middle of the season after losing to 3 ranked teams (2 on the road), then we have a pitiful fanbase. The fans complaining about the team "quitting" will likely be the ones that quit.

I will say this, at least we didn't quit. We had some bad coaching in the 1st half, but the players kept fighting when faced with adversity. I am proud of that.

And no, I'm not saying this is a "moral victory."
