I'm just playin' around some. I have no malice in my heart. I know there's a bunch that doesn't believe that, but I can't control how others feel. I wouldn't want to. I have enough issues by myself.


You been to Cherokee lately? I didn't fish it at all this summer. I can go there and catch 30+ walleye every trip. The problem is that since they raised the size limit to 18" to produce "trophies" (wallies are for eating not wall-hanging) you're lucky if 1 out of every 10 fish is a keeper. 17 3/4" inch fish seem to stay 17 3/4" because that's what I caught for 3 summers in a row. I hit South Holston all the time now. Prettier lake, cleaner/cooler water, and you catch bigger fish. You catch more keepers than throwbacks on SH. I caught an 8+lb and a 5+lb wallie on the same trip this summer. That's huge fish for trolling. Those are just a bit above average throwing plugs at night though. I put about 50 fish in the freezer this past season. Not great, but still better than most. It was not a banner year for anyone that I've talked to. Later, man

All you Grudenites have been to most every thread and started many others and the ONLY thing you're all doing is provoking and annoying other real Tennessee fans so you earned the right to get some of your own medicine back.

As immature as I think it is I hope you all get great satisfaction out of getting your thread post count up since that seems to make some of you really happy, LOL.

I'll visit you again and help you keep getting your thread post count up so I can do something to make you happy and you don't even have to say thanks for my help, LOL.

I still don't believe that Gruden will ever coach at Tennessee but if I'm wrong then I will support him just as i've always supported every coach and player that's ever been at tennessee for many decades.

That's a good overview. You could add that we just take the silliness of the dumb "negavol" label and "BAM!" kick it up a notch. It's a literary strategy known to many as a purposeful exaggeration. The purpose is to highlight the absurdity of proclaiming folks "negavols", other team's fans with nefarious intentions, and trying to hurt UT and/or it's recruiting efforts. It's really a form of "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em". However, we just join 'em in their strategies not their beliefs.

Go Vols! Hire Gruden!

You're right, I wasn't trying to bully him and glad you recognize that....Just speaking my mind and the last thing I am is an internet bully..Just dont appreciate someone provoking or belittling others.:salute:

I hear some stuff from former players. I am not nor do I claim "insider" status. Whatever that entails. There are former players that post here. It has been mentioned in this thread. Place more validity in their posts than anyone else's. That's what I do.

However, I nor they are claiming these things in absolutes. I'm not looking for anything here. Just sharing what I come across. Everything should be taken with equal parts of hope and skepticism.
