'13 FL RB AJ Turman (UGA commit)

Oci still feeling good about green? Every since yesterday.his thread. Hasn't been at the top any ... maybe. Someone said something they wasn't supposed to?

You must didn't read my post entirely. Also I guess Brendan Downs will be the only TE on campus for the next two years.

QBs: Do you think our QBs have to have Bray's arm strength to win? Because there are plenty of QBs that were winners with weak arms.

RBs: A good RB can take all the pressure off the passing attack. A good trio can punish a defense.

WRs: Howard(special player), Bowles, Croom, and Blanc would face less double coverage with us running the ball effectively.

OL: I said in my post they were the key. It would depend on how they came together. But I guess you didn't read that far.

No, I read your whole post. I just don't sip from the same kool aid you do.

Tell me where the kool aid is in that post? Just let me know..... because the concerns you talked about were covered in the first post. You were just attacking certain parts of the post.

I feel like everything you ever post has a positive slant towards UT, whether you mean to do it or not.

It's no big deal, just a difference of style or whatever. :hi:

Like I said before the first post is as realistic as I can be right now. I never slanted the OL and said they would be hell on wheels. I know good backs can really make an average OL look good and they'll also give these WRs 1v1 matchups. I haven't been posting very positive in the football thread so I don't know where you get it's slanted towards UT at all times guy.......

No idea where any of this is coming from. Peterman probably has more potential in this league than Bray. He has a very good arm, and obviously, he can create with his legs.

Jay can probably contribute more input, but from everything I've read, Peterman can be the real deal.

Why didn't Peterman have offers from the big three Florida schools?

Not questioning his ability, just the reasoning.

FL can't recruit QBs? Well, they seem to pound our butts each year with some life form under center. They also win National Championships with Tim Tebow throwing ugly balls and jump passes to their talented WRs while mostly running.

Fify

He also has some mileage on him. The kid gets 30-40 carries per game. He still would be a great pickup no doubt.

It seems like so many good Florida high school backs get run to death before they ever get to college. Also, it generally seems like they are running for their lives behind inadequate O-Line blocking. Turman's highlights seem to suggest that he's got a fairly competent line blocking for him, but some of the FL backs you see are simply making all their plays off of athletic ability.

A lot of the times that are posted on Rivals are from camp results the kids post as freshman, sophomores, etc. It may be dated. He certainly looks faster than that.

yalls coaches should lock this 1 up soon before fsu starts pushin hard

folston could easily end up at usf id jump on him now too cuz for some reason i just dont see green happening for yall not tryin to stir **** up jmo

A 4.65 forty is very slow for a running back who only weighs 205. We have a few of those already.

What r the names of all the backs we have that r 205 lbs and run a 4.65? Neal runs a 4.3 and is probably the fastest player on our team.. I guess you're talking about Lane, but I guarantee he's faster than that.. Hill weighs over 220lbs. and runs faster than 4.65.
