I realized three things:

1) Don't talk to people at 2:00 AM when you have worked night shifts a couple days and use something to help you try and sleep.

2) If you are tempted to tell a certain girl your feelings for her, make sure to read it when you are not drugged up.

3) If that certain girl is your ex, just don't say anything at all.
