Worst thing that ever happened to flying for passengers and employees was the TSA. I used to fly 30-40000 miles a years for my company before I retired. Always flew Delta and never, ever had a problem with anything. I took my first trip to Utah on 06/06/06. Flew Delta, as always. Upon arrival, there was a missing suitcase. They assured me it would be located and delivered to me. When I got it, items were tossed around, some were missing and the lock and zipper on the suitcase were broken. Inside was a note from the TSA explaining they had to inspect and were not responsible for any damage. When I went to depart SLC back to TYS, I went through the bull**** semi-strip search. Then, a TYS agent asked me for the key to my new suitcase so they could inspect it. I told him what happened on my inbound flight and that they could bust the new one open for all I cared. I honestly didn't give a **** what he did. After a few minutes, they waved me through to get on the flight. At that point, I decided not to ever fly again because of TSA. **** 'em.
