This is a tough pill to swallow from a production standpoint but this is truly addition by subtraction for the attitude of the team....only thing is though, how long does that last if we start tanking????

Losing Da'Rick hurts, just b/c of his talent & the element he brought to our offense. W/ him, JH11, & CP we would have been unstoppable on offense. No doubt he was a cancer on the team & caused a lot of trouble, sometimes you take that chance to win ball games (see Terrell Owens). I was really starting to believe that Rogers had turned the corner & was getting more mature. I thought for sure he saw the $ & knew he had to keep his head on straight for a few more months but I guess I was wrong.

I do believe this helps our team chemistry, we need the young guys to step up big. We need CP to be all he is hyped up to be, we need JH11 to be the guy he was before the ACL tear, & we now desperately need out running game to be much improved. If that happens I still think we can win 8-9 games. I was predicting 9-3 or 10-2 before but I wouldn't be surprised if the loss of Rogers isn't a 2 game swing for us (8-4 or 7-5).

If those 3 things happen we win no less than 9 games this fall, with or w/o DR.

We have three dynamic running backs. If the line is improved... could be able to wear down defenses and hold leads.

Once our backs get 200yds rushing and Blanc has 6 catches for 80yds and a TD vs. NCSU we'll forget all about 21. Soon...

It sucks right now, a whole lot, from a loss of talent standpoint. But, honestly, our wide receivers will be good this year and, if JH stays, ridiculous next year.

Thing I wonder: If we will see Da'Rick the second game of the season. Playing against us.
