People are severely underestimating what the loss of Rogers does to our offense.
Thats what people are missing. Every cord would pretty much have to play zone against us and hope for the best. Noway you play man and have your 3rd cb covering CP. Now they can game plan like normal and use many different schemes. No doubt we're still good, just not great.
Completely agree with this.
JH and CP will still stretch defenses. Neal still has a chance to get our running game going again. If those 2 things happen, then there will still be a lot of space underneath for a possession receiver. We need Rogers and Blanc to find that space and catch the ball.
Just his physical gifts are an important part. They can double hunter now, but even though he's new to the offense, they run the risk of CP abusing some.poor fellow.
True. I still dont look for state to man up Hunter with Amerson. Hunter will abuse him if thats the case, tyler will just throw the ball 5 feet above his head and call it the day.
Skeeter, are any of the freshman wr's looking enough to start? Just wondering I know they aren't Rick but was hoping for some positive news out of this.
Not Skeeter... but blanc will play. Pig is hurt. Croom somewhat banged up. Bowles has the physical gifts, just may take a bit longer to come along.
