I wouldn't keep my hopes up here. He said that he is 100% done and that he will only take an OV to Auburn.

Don't see how losing out on a solid 4 star in state recruit is ever a good thing.
It's a good thing because he was never coming here and him picking Auburn over Vanderbilt (who is wasting a scholarship on Wilkins' brother) potentially helps us land a top-tier RB.
Not supprised, If Peyton Manning were from TN we probably wouldn't have landed him either. We can't keep the top guys in-state. This one really sucks because we are in major need of an elite RB.
See Brian Kimbrow or Dominique Allen for examples. Sometimes these things just work out. Having said that I would love to have had this guy but as with the Ramsey case, I am not going to jump off the bridge over it either.
And who did we get that was more highly touted than Kimbrow? Don't think anyone is being overly dramatic enough to find a bridge to leap off of, but as a UT fan it is bothersome when you go 0 for 2 against conference rivals for a position of need such as RB.
