I marched 4 years in the Pride (06-09), and have a collage frame with pics of me with Patty Paige and Bobby Osborne with the music we played, "Tennessee Waltz" and "Rocky Top" signed by them, respectively.

I've been looking for years to get a piece of that Shield-Watkins turf they sold back in 1994. I'm sure that seems silly to some, but it's the one and only piece of memorabilia I've ever wanted.

You should see my dad's house though. It's like a UT museum. Just a sample of his insanity...

Mine is from 98 when we won the championship I got the Book, and football from sports
ill.To me though all my Vol stuff is awesome, and I love esp when my 9 yr old granddaughter sees it,and says Mimi would love this, and she talks her mom into getting it for me,or she gets it with her own money.

2 yrs ago when they went to disney for some reason she thought I was a gator fan,and got me a gator claw key chain. When I told her I was a Vol fan,and hated fl she took it colored it orange, and put Power T on it.I tell people its what happens to gators when Vols get done with em.

She also one day made me a Goalpost, football, and power T to put on the wall.

I have an unopened bottle of makers mark with orange wax and Tennessee 1997 on the paper for the '97 sec champs. But the real good one is this: I was at my first strength and conditioning clinic and was looking for the bathroom upstairs at Neyland-Thompson. Ended up walking into Fulmers office. There was nobody around. I saw some business type cards on his desk with his pic and contact info on em. I figured he gave em away so it's not stealing. Still got it.

Maybe, but I like to think not. They're business cards. The kind you give to people. Got there by accident, just had to pee.

2" x 6" Plastic orange keychain my dad carried his dorm keys on.

It reads Go Big Orange

He graduated in the Class of 1968.

Last game we were at, he showed me the spot where he was informed of the Kennedy Assassination.

Maybe if Deerpark sees this he can put in a word at the UT stores, I know they will sell well and heck ND has them :good!:

My brother has a Peyton Manning autographed program from his (Peyton's 1997) UT graduation. Pretty cool item to have autographed.

I have lots of autographs, etc...but since this thread is about unique memorabilia then I must brag about my orange Nike shoes worn by the Vols in the mid 80's against Bama I think. These are the ones that were shipped to Russia or somewhere..anyone remember these?

In the mid 90's I was in an antique store and my wife yelled at me because she had found a pair [absolutely in mint condition] of the 1951 orange and white licenses plates that were approved by the state after TN had such a great '50 season; little did those politicians know that the '51 team would be nat'l. champions...That was the only year that TN plates were not black on white or white on black...Anyway, they were asking 60 bucks for them and I didn't want to spend that much but my wife insisted that I buy them. I did and had them framed. After the '98 NC game and we returned from Tempe, opened the paper and there were two ads for those type plates. One was asking $3,100 and the other $3,500 for them. Don't know what condition they were in but couldn't have been any better than mine...Still wouldn't take $3,500 for mine today....

Those were from the '86 Bama game. UT wore orange on orange on orange.

You are correct, sir. Most people probably wanted the shoes burned after Bama ran all over us that day, but I have a nice little piece of Vol history. They were sent somewhere in Russia to help some team or league that was starting to play the game. I have a pair of the hightop turf shoes. :dance2:
