Behr, how would u recommend I grill shrimp kabobs?

Will doing chicken n fish on the same kabob change the way I should grill?

Yes. Depending on the fish, the chicken will take a little longer to cook. Put some good veggies between the fish and chicken and keep the chicken closer to the "hot spot" on the grill.
 
Then no, I assume you like everything cooked well done. Just grill the shat out of it.
 
A lot of people like beef rare or MR but like their pork, chicken and fish/seafood well done.

I like to use green and red peppers and onions. I put a slice of pepper first then a shrimp and then an onion (to form a "shell") around the shrimp. Then put a small piece of chicken next, then a pepper with the outer part facing the chicken, that leaves the chicken more open to heat and flame.

I'm gonna do shrimp on one, chicken on the others.

Gonna try pineapple, pears n onions with them since that's what I had handy at home.

I know it's not chef's recommendation but I had canned peaches and pineapple so I cut those up along with an onion.

Used some juice from the peaches, all the pineapple juice. Then I juiced in a whole lime, some garlic powder n grill seasoning. Idk what I did, but that's how I usually cook.
